PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The VT-60 TPD Fully Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant is a high-capacity industrial solution designed for the continuous thermal processing of waste tyres. With a nominal processing capacity of 60 TPD (Tonnes Per Day), the plant is developed for large-scale tyre recycling operations requiring continuous production, reduced manual intervention and efficient recovery of valuable materials.
The continuous pyrolysis process thermally decomposes waste tyres in a controlled environment to recover pyrolysis oil, carbon black & gas, while the generated non-condensable gas can be reused as an energy source within the plant, subject to the plant configuration and operating conditions.

MAIN PRODUCT OUTPUTS
1. Pyrolysis Oil
Liquid hydrocarbon recovered through condensation of pyrolysis vapours. Its applications depend on quality, further processing and applicable regulations.
2. Carbon Black / Pyrolysis Char
Carbon-rich solid residue recovered from processed waste tyres, which can be further processed for suitable industrial applications.
3. Non-Condensable Gas
Gas generated during the pyrolysis process that can potentially be reused within the plant as a clean fuel source.
